Understanding Halcyon Agent Status Icons in the Taskbar

Overview:

When the Halcyon Agent is installed, the Halcyon icon will be shown on the taskbar.

It will indicate a status, using a green circle with a checkmark, red circle with a cross (or x), or a grey circle with a minus symbol.

Each icon represents the following status:

• Green circle with a checkmark:
  Agent is successfully registered to the console and communication between the service and driver is active and secured.
• Red circle with a cross or x :
  Agent is installed, but registration to the console has not completed or failed.
• Grey circle with a minus symbol:
  Communication between the Agent service and driver is currently down.
