Windows 11 Version 24H2 Driver Version Shows 'Not Running'

Overview:

Customers who have devices running Windows 11 version 24H2, the Halcyon UI About window may report that the driver version is ‘Not Running’.

Resolution:

This is a cosmetic issue related to a change made in the 24H2 release of the operating system:

Starting in Windows 11 Version 24H2, EnumDeviceDrivers will require SeDebugPriviledge to return valid ImageBase values.

If you see this display, please note that the Halcyon Agent is operating normally. This display error will be resolved in a future update of the Halcyon Agent.
