Key Features
-
Multi-tier Tenant Architecture:
- Tier 3 – Multi-tier Organization or Primary MSSP Tenant: Top-level entities that can manage multiple subtenants (Tier 2 and Tier 1).
- Tier 2 – Parent Tenant (Organization or MSSP): Intermediate level for managing business units or groups of customers, with one level of subtenants (Tier 1).
-
Tier 1 – Tenant (Direct Customer): Individual customer or business unit environments, fully isolated for data security.
-
Centralized Tenant Management:
- Add, edit, and view tenants on the Tenants page.
- Use the Tenant Selector to quickly switch between tenant environments.
- Each tenant is configured with a unique name, customer-friendly label, and can have up to 10 Tenant Admins.
- Delete tenants via support request, with a 30-day recovery window.
-
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):
- Tenant Admin Role: Full permissions within a tenant, including the ability to add/edit users and create subtenants. Only Tenant Admins can assign this role to others (max 10 per tenant).
- Add users directly on tenant creation or later within the tenant itself.
- Inherit authorized Tenant Admin users from parent tenants, ensuring streamlined access management.
-
Tenant Information Customization:
- Filter, sort, pin, and resize columns to build views tailored to your operational needs.
- Apply multiple filters, including by tenant tier, type, or parent, to quickly locate tenants.
- Export tenant data as a CSV for audit purposes: all tenants, filtered views, or top N tenants.
