Q: Where will I find the Multi-Tenant Management feature?
A: The Multi-Tenant Management feature is available in the Halcyon Console on the Tenants page.
Q: What console users will have visibility and access to the Tenant page?
A: Only Tenant Admin users will be able to see the Tenant page.
Q: What actions can a Tenant Admin perform from the Tenant page?
A: Tenant Admins can:
- Create and Edit tenants
- Define Tenant name, customer, type, tier, SKUs available to the tenant and all subtenants, and the first 10 users.
- Filter and sort the tenant list.
- Export the tenant list.
- View tenant assets roll up.
- Pivot to different tenants and maintain user profile in different tenants.
Q: Can a Tenant Admin delete a tenant?
A: Not at this time. To delete a tenant you must submit a request to Halcyon Support.
Q: If I requested a tenant deletion and then changed my mind, what can I do?
A: Tenant deletions are not final until 30 days after the deletion request. Within 30 days you can request the tenant be restored by Halcyon Support.
