The Last Seen column on the Assets page does not refresh

Overview:

After loading the Assets page and navigating within the page or to other tabs, then returning to the Assets page, the Last Seen column times continue to increase implying that the Agent has not communicated for an extended period of time. Manually refreshing the page updates the Last Seen timer, accurately reflecting the last time the Agents communicated to the Console.

Solution:

The Assets page is functioning as designed.

The Last Seen column is not intended to be a real-time counter, which would generate extreme overhead (especially in larger environments), but is actually intended as a snapshot of the moment you loaded the Assets page and began your work. You can manually reload the Assets page at any time if you require a more recent reflection of the Last seen time.
