Overview:
When Halcyon Support is unable to gather Agent logs remotely, you may be asked to collect and upload log data locally for troubleshooting purposes. This document provides you with the tools and instructions to aid in log collection.
Action:
Download the attached support collection tool and extract the executable to an empty folder path (C:\Halcyon for example). From an Admin CMD prompt run:
>SupportCollectionTool.exe c:\Halcyon
When the tool is done running, zip entire folder and send to support. The log collection may be too large to attach to a Support ticket, in that scenario, please upload the zip file to our file sharing site, Hightail:
